How to measure your size

length

Step 1

Place your foot on paper

Stand on a flat sheet of paper against a wall with your heel touching the wall. Trace lightly around your entire foot, keeping the pencil vertical at all times.

Step 2

Measure foot length

Draw a line at the tip of your longest toe and at your heel. Measure the distance between these two lines in centimetres — this is your foot length. Use the table above to match it to your UK size.

Measure foot width

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your foot — typically across the ball of the foot. Note the circumference in centimetres to find your width fitting from the width chart above.
