Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Bellora Italia believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal returns, refunds, and cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is what you need to know about cancellations:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order — ideally within 1–2 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation requests cannot be entertained once the order has been communicated to our fulfilment team and the shipping process has been initiated.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted for bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order products — including our Height Increasing range and any Custom Shoes commissions — as these are crafted specifically for you.
  • Orders placed during sale or promotional events cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 10-day easy return and replacement policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The product received is significantly different from what was shown on the website or from your order specifications
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong size, wrong colour, or wrong model)

Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

  • Products that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery
  • Products where the original packaging, dust bag, or shoe box is damaged or missing
  • Products returned after 10 days from the date of delivery
  • Bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order products (including Height Increasing range and Custom Shoes commissions), unless delivered in a damaged or defective condition
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery at info@belloraitalia.com or +91-7017684904 (11 AM to 9 PM IST)
  2. Provide your order number, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no additional cost
  5. After the product is received and inspected at our end, we will dispatch the replacement or process the refund within 3–5 business days

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

  • The returned product has been received and verified as eligible by our team
  • The requested replacement is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
  • A cancellation has been approved before shipment

Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved by Bellora Italia, it will be processed within 6–8 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method — credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet, as applicable
  • Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of a damaged or defective item:

  • Please report the issue on the same day of delivery to our Customer Service team with supporting photographs
  • Our team will review the claim and, upon verification, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • For products that carry a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer. Our team can assist in facilitating this process if required.
